Electrons Plus Guided PEMF:
E+ Therapy is the next generation of Guided Pulsed Electromagnetic Frequency Therapy (PEMF), designed to stimulate the body's natural healing process at the cellular level.
Much like a battery, the human body is inherently electric. Every cell in the body carries a voltage that is crucial for maintaining optimal health. However, factors such as age, injury, and illness can cause the electric charges within our cells to decline, leading to a disruption in the body’s natural healing processes.
E+ Therapy helps to restore this balance by recharging the body’s cellular energy, promoting healing and rejuvenation from the inside out.
Massage Therapy:
In person, to include assessment of where the body is out of alignment and other imbalances that may be present, as well as manual therapy to assist the body back into alignment.
You may be given follow-up instruction for at-home care and techniques to optimize your body's realignment. May also be given strength training exercises to support the continued alignment of the body so that it does not regress back into old patterns and habits. This is a team effort and I got your back if you're willing to put in the work.
Raindrop Therapy + Young Living® Essential Oils:
A focused therapy using a blend of oils known for their detoxifying and immune supporting benefits including valor, oregano, thyme, basil, cypress, marjoram, wintergreen, peppermint and lavender will be applied like raindrops along the spinal column. Along with intentional massage techniques, the oils can absorb more deeply and allow for an impactful experience.
Dry Brush + Abhyanga Massage:
Full body dry exfoliation to help with lymphatic flow and allow oils to absorb more effectively and a full body massage that manually moves and circulates the fluids of the body.
An assessment of the body's Ayurvedic constitution, Dosha, will be assessed and the appropriate oils will be used during this session.
Cross Training Sessions:
30 minute : 1 on 1, undivided attention
-Focused training to connect with the smaller, supportive stabilizing muscles, fascia,
and surrounding soft tissue of the physical body
-Intentional breath work coordinating with body movement
-Creating mind body connect with isometric holds and verbal cueing
-Increasing emotional intelligence by regulating the nervous system
-Cultivating inner wisdom through body awareness
GROUP SESSIONS
Cross Training Classes:
60 minutes : 8 person limit
-Focused training to connect with the smaller, supportive stabilizing muscles, fascia,
and surrounding soft tissue of the physical body
-Intentional breath work coordinating with body movement
-Creating mind body connect with isometric holds and verbal cueing
-Increasing emotional intelligence by regulating the nervous system
-Cultivating inner wisdom through body awareness
Workshops:
Usually 2 hours in length, and an 8 person limit, workshops are a great way to deepen understanding on a specific topic. Practical application of topic being discussed will be available in a cooperative learning space, as everyone in attendance has the opportunity to share through a unique experience and lens, if you choose to contribute to the open discussion.
